Shadow OTP operates on a prepaid basis. You must maintain a sufficient balance to use the Service. All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. In cases of service failure due to our fault, you may request a refund by contacting support at shadowinnovationstech@gmail.com.
